The LINKS Coach is responsible for the supervision and care of individuals attending the LINKS Day Habilitation Program. The LINKS Coach will daily organize and prepare for the activities, outings, and personal cares of individuals under the direction of the Team Coordinator. The LINKS Coach reports directly to the LINKS Team Coordinator or the ES & LINKS Team Coordinator.

The Behavioral Health Therapist is a full-time position, responsible for providing clinical services either in person or via telehealth to a wide range of individuals struggling with mental health, substance abuse and behavioral issues, both in the Trivium program and the community.

The Behavioral Health Direct Support Specialist (BH-DSP) is responsible for creating a therapeutic environment within day-to-day activities and ensuring the health and safety of individuals living in a 24-hour intensive residential services home in a community-based setting. In addition, the position will work cooperatively with the persons receiving services, all stake holders, and their interdisciplinary team to support the person's person-centered plan to achieve quality outcomes.

Leading a team of professionals, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) leads all financial and accounting functions for the organization. Oversees the successful operations of the function, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, bank reconciliation and payroll. In addition, the CFO serves as an integral member of the Senior Leadership Team, providing subject matter expertise and strategic support throughout the organization.

The Residential Team Coordinator is responsible for providing instruction and support to their team of staff ensuring the health and safety of the persons served in their home, workplace and within the community. This individual is also responsible for the support, development, and engagement of their assigned team of staff of Trivium Life Services. The Residential Team Coordinator reports to the Team Coordination Manager or Market Director.

Oversee and facilitate the relationship between the healthcare organization and the outsourced Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services. Ensures the RCM processes, including medical billing, coding, collections, and patient financial services, are efficiently managed in alignment with the organization's policies, compliance standards, and financial objectives.

Overseeing Trivium Life Services General Accounting and Financial Reporting functions and the financial services area including Credit, A/R and A/P. Supporting organization financial objectives by providing financial analyses and recommendations to staff. Implementing and maintaining a system of internal controls to ensure company assets are adequately safeguarded and all financial reporting is prepared in compliance with all financial policies and US GAAP.
