Crossroads is a Strengths based organization!
At Crossroads we believe that our employees are the heart of
our organization. We strive to ensure they are happy at work and they are
able to enhance their quality of life.
We partner with Gallup to conduct annual employee engagement surveys to help us continue to make Crossroads a better place to work.
We also utilize the CliftonStrengths assessments, and coaching sessions to develop our employees.
Our employees learn about their individual strengths and how to utilize them in their role at Crossroads and in their personal life.
Our managers learn how to identify their strenghts or their team members and they have on-going conversations with their employees to help them achieve their personal and developmental goals.
Join our team to start utilizing your strengths today!
Crossroads is continuing to grow, and we are always looking for dedicated and passionate individuals to join our team!
