Crossroads is a Strengths based organization!

At Crossroads we believe that our employees are the heart of our organization. We strive to ensure they are happy at work and they are able to enhance their quality of life.  We partner with Gallup to conduct annual employee engagement surveys to help us continue to make Crossroads a better place to work.  We also utilize the CliftonStrengths assessments, and coaching sessions to develop our managers. Our managers learn how to identify the strengths of their team members and they have on-going conversations with their employees to help them achieve their personal and developmental goals.

Crossroads is continuing to grow, and we are always looking for dedicated and passionate individuals to join our team!

When you join the Crossroads team you will become an advocate for adults with disabilities, assist in the development of life skills and community integration, work to ensure the health and safety of individuals we serve and help to fulfill our mission!
