The Market Director provides supervision, direction, and leadership to multiple professionals charged with carrying out day to day operations and ensuring quality services to adults with physical and intellectual disabilities and chronic mental illness. This is accomplished by planning, organizing, implementing and maintaining strategies and initiatives in direct line departments including Residential, Day Habilitation, and Employment Services programs. Responsibilities include development, integration, coordination, and ongoing support for all programs in Cherokee and facilitating Crossroads service excellence efforts on client satisfaction, employee engagement, and fostering an engaging culture that fulfills our mission. In addition, matrix reporting departments include, Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, Asset Management, Finance, and Quality. This include the development, integration, coordination, and ongoing support for assigned matrix operations in Cherokee, IA.
