Residential Team Coordinator

Employees are the heart of our organization and as a Residential Coordinator you will be responsible for providing instruction and support to your team to ensure that the people we serve will be supported with their day to day activities in their home and in their community.

Job Summary:
  • Lead, Support, Coach, and Supervise staff
  • Model and hold team accountable to high standards of conduct and job performance
  • Build trust and partnership to drive performance, engagement, and culture
  • Communicate with employees regularly through team meetings, and individual monthly and quarterly meetings
  • Develop and manage scheduling for employees
  • Train employees and ensure that all documentation is accurate and completed on time
  • Advocate and provide assistance for clients with Intellectual Disabilities and/or Mental Illness in a variety of areas, like housing, finances, medical and other as needed.

Requirements:
  • Associate degree or minimum of 60 college credit hours preferred
  • Two years' experience supervisor experience preferred
  • Must have the desire to support our CWI mission
  • Demonstrated experience of strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and management skills
  • Must obtain Medication Manager certification within six months of employment
  • Have a valid drivers license
