$1,200 hiring bonus for full-time LINKS or Residential
Coaches (DSPs) to be paid in three payments in a one-year time period. Part-time hires can earn up to half that amount.

The LINKS Coach is responsible for the supervision and care of individuals attending the LINKS Day Habilitation Program. The LINKS Coach will daily organize and prepare for the activities, outings, and personal cares of individuals under the direction of the Team Coordinator. The LINKS Coach reports directly to the LINKS Team Coordinator or the ES & LINKS Team Coordinator.
The Behavioral Health Direct Support Specialist (BH-DSP) is responsible for creating a therapeutic environment within day-to-day activities and ensuring the health and safety of individuals living in a 24-hour intensive residential services home in a community-based setting. In addition, the position will work cooperatively with the persons receiving services, all stake holders, and their interdisciplinary team to support the person’s person-centered plan to achieve quality outcomes. The BH-DSP will report directly to the IRSH Supervisor.

Supporting the Director of Accounting and team carrying out the responsibilities of the Finance/Accounting Department. Relieving the Director of Accounting of certain responsibilities that will allow the Director of Accounting to spend a greater portion of his/her time on financial statement preparation and analysis, budget and variance issues, and forecasting.
