The Program Manger is responsible for overall management of the residential services in the assigned market. Including but not limited to program quality assurance and compliance, human resource management, financial management and business development. It will include collecting, analyzing, reporting, and making recommendations on service data. Crossroads is looking for an individual with strong operational management, leadership, and staff development experience. The individual must also have experience in the health care field and experience in Medicaid is preferred. Crossroads is offering a $500.00 hiring bonus following 60 days of employment.
